Venu Madhav, who was a top comedian once and is out of action for long time, is back in the news. The comedian lodged complaint against few individuals alleging they have been threatening to slay him for his unpleasant comments on YSRCP during his campaign for TDP in Nandyal By Election.

Venu Madhav during road show in Nandyal took dig at the opposition party by making harsh comments on them. He even countered YSRCP Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and the party's spokesperson Roja. Since, then Venu Madhav has been getting threatening calls from anonymous persons.

Today, Venu Madhav approached Kurnool two town police station to lodge complaint against those who warned him on phone.
