As we all know, ace producer Dil Raju who released Mani Ratnam’s previous movie Ok Bangaram in Telugu acquired distribution rights of the director’s next outing ‘Cheliyaa’. The Karthi and Aditi Rao Hydari starrer film’s audio has been launched just a while ago in Hyderabad and the core team has attended the event.

Dil Raju’s wife Anita gaaru passed away recently. So, the producer can’t make it for Cheliyaa audio launch. Instead, he gave the responsibility of looking after the event to director Vamsi Paidipally who is very close to him. It may be mentioned here that, Vamsi made few films such as Munna, Brindavanam and Yevadu under Dil Raju’s production house.

Vamsi hasn’t simply graced the function as one of the guests. He received all other guests and was there on the stage throughout the event. He was seen mournful during the do, concerning Dil Raju’s condition.
