Producer council decision on Sankranthi season films not only impacted the release of scheduled films but also cast a shadow on upcoming ones, notably affecting Tillu Square and Ooru Peru Bhairavakona.

Tillu Square Starring Siddhu Jonnalagadda and Anupama Parameswaran, filming began in August 2022. Initially planned for a March 2023 release, the date was later shifted to November 2023 and ultimately confirmed for February 9, 2024.

However, the film will be postponed due to Eagle, featuring Ravi Teja, which is also confirmed for release on the same date after getting out of Sankranthi race.

This marks the third postponement for Tillu Square, raising uncertainty about its eventual release. Despite the ongoing production, the extended delays have dampened the excitement for the DJ Tillu sequel, prompting the team to address these challenges.
