The Mystery behind Virupaksha Censor Certification?

Supreme hero Sai Dharam Tej's upcoming film Virupaksha directed by Karthik Dandu has become hot topic in the industry for lot of reasons. The team is currently busy with promotions and it caught a fair amount of buzz with intriguing content.

 

Well, the censor board watched the film recently. Virupaksha was given an “A” certificate by the censor board with 2 hours and 20 mins crisp runtime. The film received A certificate purely because of the thrills and terror elements present in the film. 

 

When inquired about this situation, it was revealed that the second half of the film will be an edge-of-the-seat entertaining thriller with a bit of goosebumps horror element. This is an interesting genre with black magic and supernatural forces and if it clicks, the impact will be great. 

 

The makers are happy with the output and Sukumar is mighty impressed with Karthik Dandu's direction. The inside reports are very good and the film will stun the audience. So, audience can definitely expect something unexpected in the theatres.

 

Samyuktha Menon is playing the female lead. The film is slated to release on April 21, 2023, in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi. Sukumar provided the screenplay for the film, B. Ajaneesh Loknath is the music composer. 'Virupaksha’ is produced by BVSN prasad under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra.
