Megastar Chiranjeevi's most ambitious project Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy has ensemble cast and crew. AR Rahman has been roped in to compose music for the film which is biopic of freedom fighter from Rayalaseema, Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy who is known as an unsung hero from kurnool who revolted against the British in 1846 and was unstoppable.

Many assumed that, background music for Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy was provided by original composer Rahman. However, the fact is that, our own Telugu composer SS Thaman gave RR for the motion poster, with request from producer Ram Charan and director Surender Reddy, since Rahman couldn't allot time due to his busy schedules.

Now, everybody is appreciating SS Thaman saying he has given International level music for the video. It may be mentioned here that, Surender Reddy introduced Thaman as music composer with his film Kick and later the duo worked together for few other films. On the flip side, Thaman associated with Ram Charan for couple of movies- Nayak and Bruce Lee.
