Cricket is religion in India and Sachin is a God! This statement now looks a reality and not an exaggeration. The on-going Cricket World Cup is literally everyone in India glued to the TV's including best of the Bollywood stars and industrialists and cheer the Indian Team. And Tollywood's cheer and greetings for the Men in Blue is slowly but steadily coming out.

 

Jr NTR's Shakti movie has to be eventually postponed to April1st, because of the India-Pakistan semi final match, but NTR says he would cheer for the Indian team. Says NTR, “ I do have my caravan and I make arrangements for the TV and cheer for Team India with my friends and unit members”. When asked about Team India's ability to win the World Cup, “We Indians have always believed in ourselves and I just want the 1983 memories back. We Indians have big hearts and if India can play up to its potential, then surely we can win the World Cup.”

 

 

Telugu cinema Prince Mahesh Babu is currently shooting in Mumbai for Dookudu movie and is expected to be there for the next 10 days or so. In this process, Mahesh Babu has decided to stay in Mumbai and watch the World Cup Final to be held in Mumbai.

 

Even Tollywood sensation Samantha is a die-hard fan of cricket. She's constantly following cricket apart from attending shootings and posting her expressions on Twitter. During her recent visit to Nishitha College Celebrations as a part of their annual day, Samantha wished Team India good luck and exuded confidence that the Men in Blue can win the World Cup.

 

Nagarjuna Akkineni and Akhil are one step ahead! Both father and son recently left to Nagpur to watch India vs South Africa match. Even Daggubati Rana, who was there to launch their Dum Maro Dum song, showed great interest and cheered for Team India alongside Abhishek Bachchan and Bipasha Basu. Siddharth, Sumanth, Nitin, Hansika Motwani, Mama Mohan Das, Shriya, etc constantly keep posting on their Twitter accounts about the match updates  So the mother of all games is now in the making! Its India-Pakistan World Cup Semi-Final game! Boy you just cannot ask for a better semi-final. A mouth-watering contest is on the cards and let's hope it would be another humdinger.
