Short films sensation Sujeeth made his directorial debut with Run Raja Run, which was an above average grosser. Though the film was lauded by one section of audiences, over budget spent on the project was major reason for not minting much profits to producers.

Post Run Raja Run, Sujeeth prepared a script for young rebel star Prabhas and narrated the story to the actor long ago when the latter was busy with Baahubali series. Producers of Run Raja Run promised Sujeeth to spend any budget on the project after Prabhas giving nod to the script.

Sujeeth literally polished the script for extended time period and didn't commit to do any projects in the meantime. Now, he is the luckiest director to get the chance to direct Prabhas, that too after the massive success of Baahubali 2 The Conclusion which raked in around Rs 1660 Cr Nett worldwide.

With the national figure Prabhas on board, the film titled Sahoo is sure to get attention of distributors in all languages. Sahoo will be released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and in other languages as dubbed version. Thus, if Sahoo clicks well at box office, Sujeeth will join A-Directors list. Hope, it happens!
