The long-awaited film Indian 2 starring Universal actor Kamal Haasan is making headlines once more. The film's regular shoot going on, under the direction of star director Shankar Shanmugam, who also directed the first instalment.

The film which is still needs a lot of work will be completed soon and the Red giant movies planning to release the film during 2024 Sankranti. On the other hand, Shankar is also working on a political thriller RC15 with Mega Powerstar Ram Charan.

The film shoot is moving at a slow pace. Now this film will also be completed soon and will be ready for release on Sankranti 2024. Dilraju is adamant about releasing it on Sankranti season and Udhayanidhi Stalin of Red Giants also wants to bring it for Sankranti.

Both the films will be released in Pan India wide. It's going to be first time both big budgeted movies of same director releasing for Sankranti.
