Sai Durgha Tej next SDT 18 title has Rajinikanth Shivaji connection

Sai Dharam Tej, now known as Sai Durgha Tej, is set to embark on an ambitious new project following his blockbuster success with "Virupaksha." Initially, the actor planned to collaborate with director Sampath Nandi on a film titled "Gaanja Shankar." However, due to budget constraints, this project was unfortunately shelved.

Sai Durga Tej's next venture, tentatively titled "SDT18," was scheduled to be announced on May 30th. Due to personal circumstances, the announcement was postponed. Despite the delay, preparations are in full swing for the film, which is slated to announce in the first week of June, with shooting commencing on June 20th. The film will be directed by debutant Rohith and produced by Niranjan Reddy, the recent blockbuster producer behind "HanuMan."

The film, officially titled "Sambaraala Yeti Gattu," will explore a pre-Independence mining backdrop in Andhra Pradesh, drawing inspiration from the grand scale and intense storytelling of the blockbuster "KGF." With its period setting and ambitious scope, "Sambaraala Yeti Gattu" promises to be a significant undertaking, aiming to deliver a visually stunning and emotionally engaging cinematic experience. The title is likely to be inspired by Balleilakka song from Shankar and Rajinikanth commercial blockbuster Shivaji film.

The project is expected to be a pan-India release, highlighting Sai Durgha Tej's growing popularity and appeal across the country. The collaboration between debutant director Rohith and seasoned producer Niranjan Reddy sets high expectations for the film.

Fans of Sai Durga Tej are eagerly anticipating this new chapter in his career, looking forward to seeing how he brings his dynamic energy and nuanced performance to this historical drama.
