Gunasekhar’s Rudramadevi is waiting a release from a long time. Thought he flick was supposed to hit cinemas long back, somehow the post-production factors have held it coming. It is heard now that the director-producer has roped in a Hollywood studio Ying Group to give terrific 3D boost to the film.

Enhanced Depth Solution is a new form of technology that enables people to feel stereoscopic 3D even if the film is watched in a 2D projection and without wearing any glasses. Ying Group has delivered similar effects to films like Kungfu Panda, King Kong and Inception earlier. After working on each single frame of the film for nearly two years, this output is achieved. Seems like Gunasekhar is going to deliver the best of visual effects and striking visuals for the film.

Directed by Gunasekhar, the film has Anushka playing the titular role while Rana will be seen as her husband. Also Allu Arjun is playing a cameo as he portrays Gona Gannareddy in the film. Ilayaraja has scored the music.
