Updated : Jun 1, 2026

Ravi Teja is set to be seen in a different space with his upcoming film Irumudi. Directed by Shiva Nirvana, the film appears to explore themes of spirituality, faith and family relationships while placing a father-daughter dynamic at its centre.

The actor will be seen in a new look for the film and stars opposite Priya Bhavani Shankar. Baby Nakshathra plays his daughter. The latest poster featuring the father and daughter seated atop a hill offers a glimpse into the emotional setting of the story and has generated curiosity among audiences.

While Ravi Teja is largely known for commercial entertainers, Irumudi seems to be attempting a blend of emotions, family drama and action within a rooted narrative setup. The promotional material released so far hints at a slightly different treatment compared to his recent outings.

Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the film has music composed by GV Prakash Kumar. The makers have announced that the film’s glimpse will be released on June 3, while the theatrical release date is expected to be revealed later.
