Updated : Dec 24, 2025

Rashmika Mandanna continues to elevate her pan-Indian presence with her latest project, Mysaa. Moving away from her usual roles, she headlines this female-centric action entertainer, which is produced on a grand scale by Unformula Films. Directed by Rawindra Pulle, the film recently unveiled an intense teaser that introduces Rashmika in a raw and violent avatar.

The teaser portrays the character of Mysaa as a fearless protector of her land, often described as a "messiah" by her people. A significant emotional anchor in the footage is the portrayal of her mother, whose presence provides powerful elevations to Mysaa’s character. Rashmika has undergone a noticeable physical transformation for the role, delivering a performance defined by rage and grit.

Director Rawindra Pulle focuses on a unique narrative involving a woman from the Gond tribe, blending physical ferocity with emotional depth. The project features a strong technical team, including music by Jakes Bejoy and action choreography by international stunt director Andy Long. Currently filming in the forests of Telangana and Kerala, Mysaa has generated significant anticipation for its unflinching portrayal of survival and strength.
