Ranbir Kapoor's next movie Ae Dil Hain Mushkil is the most awaited film of this year. It stars Anushka Sharma, Aishwarya Rai, Fawad Khan along with Ranbir. The fact that this will see Aishwarya and Ranbir share screen space is raising the interest in the movie. But with recent reports coming in that Aishwarya is doing just a cameo and not a full length has not gone down too well with the fans of the actors. This was confirmed by Aishwarya's PR Agency on twitter but when fans started questioning it, the tweet was deleted.

Amidst all this the official spokesperson of Dharma Productions has come out with a clarification. "Contrary to rumours, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is playing a very pivotal and unusual role in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. In fact, it is probably the most unusual role she has played." Another source from the production house said, "Aishwarya plays a crucial and a pivotal role in the movie. She has shot for almost 35-40 days, which obviously means that this is not a cameo". Ae Dil Hai Mushkil releases on Diwali 2016. It is being directed by Karan Johar and produced by Dharma Productions.
