Gautham Menon's ambitious trilingual, to be released in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi has suffered a setback. Jiva, Ram and Aditya Roy Kapoor were roped in to play the lead roles and Samantha was the lucky heroine who was to be in all three versions. The latest we hear is that Ram who is doing the Telugu version as hero has walked out of the project leaving Gautham high and dry. Trouble started when Ram had to wait patiently till Jiva and then Aditya completed their shot before his chance came.

The order of the shoot was decided by the director as per the seniority of the actor or his star ratings.This irked Ram, who after working in the film for 10 days has now opted out, saying he did not want to waste his time.

Ram who is not in the top league in Telugu, has recently given a big hit Kandireega after which his fortunes seems to have changed.
