Actress Sneha backed out of Super Star Rajinikanth's new movie Kochadaiyaan due to unavailability of call sheets. Rukmini of 'Aanandha Thaandavam' and 'Bommalattam' fame has replaced Sneha to play the pivotal role of Rajini's sister in this film which is being made on 3D format. Deepika Padukone has been zeroed in as the female lead and Sarathkumar, Aadhi, Nassar and Jackie Shroff are playing important roles. Soundraya Ashwin, daughter of Rajinikanth wields the megaphone, while AR Rahman is scoring the music. Kochadaiyaan will be made in Tamil and Telugu languages simultaneously and the Telugu version is tentatively titled Khadga Rudra. The regular shooting of the film will commence from February 15 in Chennai.
