Updated : Apr 21, 2011

Superstar Rajinikanth Rana movie shooting has been postponed indefinitely and this is a disappointing news for all the Rajinikanth fans. It seems that there was some delay in the art work. As a result Rajinikanth Rana movie shooting would start next week. For Rajinikanth Rana movie, the makers have erected a special set, which reflects era of 17th Century. This wonderful set has been erected and designed at AVM Studios Chennai.

On the flip side, its being rumored Rajnikanth is not happy with the looks of Deepika Padukone in a photo shoot, which took place recently. Rajinikanth in fact, advised his technicians to make Deepika Padukone more beautiful and therefore he postponed the movie shooting. Rajinikanth's Rana is a trilingual movie made in three languages - Tamil, Telugu and Hindi where Rajinikanth romances with Deepika Padukonde and Ileana D Cruz.

According to sources, Rajinikanth has asked the director to showcase Deepika Padukone more beautifully so that she would suit to traditional era rather western. Since Rajinikanth is playing three roles, Deepika Padukone is paired with younger Rajinikanth as per the story and so she has to sport a classical look.
