Mega power star Ram Charan Teja’s Raccha movie overseas rights have been sold for a record price of Rs 2.75 crores. Hari Venkateswara Pictures, who has acquired the overseas theatrical distribution and DVD rights of this movie, has reportedly bagged the movie for 2.75 crores – the highest for a Charan’s movie. Considering Ram Charan’s previous movie Orange was a failure and after a taking a 1 year hiatus (no release in 2011), Charan still has it going in the overseas market.
You can ascribe it to Magadheera success, which took Charan to great heights. In fact, Racha is doing more business than Orange in overseas and this has come in as a no surprise since Rachcha is massy entertainer. Rachcha’s first look poster photos and title design are expected to be released by Pongal. Surely, the mega fans would be spirited about this Rachcha first look and it’ll be interesting to see how director Sampath Nandi showcases Charan. The makers of are planning to release Rachcha audio in February and movie in March 2012.
