Updated : Feb 23, 2011

Ram Gopal Varma's recently released "Katha Screenplay Darsakathvam Appalaraju" movie gained disaster talk from day one. Varma is said to be trying hard to get back at least a part of its investment by trimming it further. But seems, he doesn't have chance for that, as "Appalaraju" has already lost a couple of days due to Telangana bandh. Its chances of surviving at box office will be further dampened with release of two younger generation heroes' flicks, "Prema Kavali" and "Kudirithe Kappu Coffee" on 25 February.
Prema Kavali movie in which Dialogue King Sai Kumar's son Aadi is making his debut is likely to give a stiff competition to "KSD Appalaraju" at the booking counter, while Varun Sandesh starring "Kudirithe Kappu Coffee" will have its own share in the collections. Already inside talk about "Prema Kavali" is very positive and it would certainly draw people to the theaters.
