Prasanth Neel confirms the connection between KGF and Salaar?

Rebel Star Prabhas and blockbuster director Prashanth Neel’s highly-anticipated pan-India biggie Salaar, is registering earth-shattering business for theatrical and non-theatrical rights. The film is scheduled for a massive worldwide release on December 22.

The hype is unprecedented and the craze for Salaar across the country, including the twin Telugu states. Currently makers are busy with promotional works. The film's trailer will be out on December 1st at 7:19 PM.

Now the director Prasanth Neel gave an interview about Salaar and he cleared few most asked questions from fans and industry. When asked about connection between Salaar and KGF.

He said, I'm sorry to dissapoint you. There is no link between KGF and Salaar two are different worlds and different emotions. Like KGF, Salaar is also very strong on action and emotion.

He added, "It's a standalone film where two friends who became biggest enemies, the film will have 2 parts." The director also gave an update about Salaar 2 shoot.

He said, "It’s a logistical thing and I can’t commit on the exact timelines. But, we will start shooting Salaar2 soon." The makers will begin Salaar 2 shoot after seeing the response for Salaar.

Also starring Shruti Haasan, Prithviraj Sukumaran and Jagapathi Babu in significant roles, Salaar is being produced by Vijay Kirgandur on Hombale Films banner. Ravi Basrur is scoring the soundtrack for this epic action drama
