The makers of Bethlehem Kudumba Unit, starring Nivin Pauly and Mamitha Baiju, have officially announced the film's theatrical release date. Directed by Girish AD, the much-awaited Malayalam family entertainer will hit cinemas on August 21, perfectly timed for the Onam weekend.

The release date was unveiled through a new poster featuring Nivin Pauly and Mamitha Baiju walking together on a railway platform with cheerful smiles, reflecting the feel-good vibe the film promises to deliver. The announcement has further raised expectations for what is being billed as one of the biggest festive releases of the year.

Bethlehem Kudumba Unit marks the first collaboration between Nivin Pauly and Mamitha Baiju, while also reuniting director Girish AD with the creative team behind the blockbuster Premalu. The film is produced by Dileesh Pothan, Fahadh Faasil and Syam Pushkaran under the Bhavana Studios banner, with Girish AD co-writing the screenplay alongside Kiran Josey.

The ensemble cast includes Vinay Forrt, Suresh Krishna, Bindu Panicker, Sangeeth Prathap, Shyam Mohan, Srindaa and several others. Vishnu Vijay has composed the music, while Ajmal Sabu handles cinematography and Akash Joseph Varghese is the editor.

Bethlehem Kudumba Unit is set to join the highly competitive Onam box office season, where several major Malayalam films are expected to vie for audience attention. Backed by a successful creative team and a fresh lead pairing, the film heads into the festive weekend with strong anticipation.
