Telugu cinema King Nagarjuna's upcoming Telugu movie 'Rajanna' release date is scheduled either on September 29 or on October 6.This means Rajanna audio release date could be scheduled 15 – 20 days before the movie release date. According to the inside sources of Rajanna movie unit, its being reported that the makers have fixed September 29 or on October 6 as Rajanna release date, provided all things go well and there are no further federation strikes. So it'll be interesting to see whether the Rajanna makes can achieve this release target.

Rajanna movie is currently being shot in Araku (Vizag district) where the unit is filming songs between Nagarjuna and Sneha and this song is expected to be wrapped up by June 17. Rajanna is directed by Vijayendra Prasad and produced by Nagarjuna under Annapurna studios. Rajamouli is directing the action episodes. Rajanna movie story has the backdrop of the Telangana Razakar Movement in the pre-Independence days and special attention has been given to the design of the costumes of that era. RR Movie Makers have reportedly said to have acquired Rajanna movie rights for the entire AP. Sneha and Anushka are playing heroines beside Nagarjuna.
