From past few days, NTR's biopic has been the hot topic for debates in film circles. While Nandamuri Balakrishna who had announced to make his dad's biopic long ago hasn't yet decided on director to helm the project, maverick director Ram Gopal Varma announced to make the legendary actor's life as film.

Interim, Young Tiger Jr NTR was asked to play Sr NTR's role in director Nag Ashwin's dream project Mahanati (Savitri biopic). Though NTR initially refused to star in the film due to some reasons, Nag Ashwin's wife and senior producer Ashwini Dutt's daughter Swapna Dutt who is a close friend of Tarak has been requesting him to do the role at any cost. She is hopeful to get acceptance of NTR.

Interestingly, when Jr NTR was asked whether he has any interest in doing Sr NTR's biopic during Bigg Boss press meet which occurred just a while ago, the actor replied them saying, "NTR garu doesn't belong to one family. He's a treasure of every Telugu person. It would be great if Baabai (Balakrishna) acts in NTR biopic. I have no idea as of now whether to act in that film or not."

NTR's words hint that, he is in dilemma whether he has potential or stardom to play Sr NTR or not. Though the young tiger may not do Sr NTR's biopic, he may give his nod to act in Mahanati, opine analysts.
