NBK109 Another mass glimpse without title?

God of the masses, Nandamuri Balakrishna, will resume the shoot of his 109th film in June. KS Ravindra (Bobby) is the director and the shoot resumes very soon. The film is a big-budget mass entertainer and is aimed for Dussehra release this year. But, makers planning to release in December.

Bollywood star, Bobby Deol to feature in the film. Apart from Bobby Deol, it also stars superb cast from south India. Chandini Chowdary, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Sandeep Raj, Ravi Kishan, Jagapathi Babu, Shine Tom Chacko and others are part of the film. Niddhi Aggarwal of Ismart Shankar fame will be seen opposite Nandamuri Balakrishna. As Nandamuri Balakrishna turned a year older on Monday, the makers of his anticipated #NBK109 dropped the glimpse, extending their wishes to him.

Approximately a minute in length, the glimpse opens with goons with various weapons in their hands approaching someone, while we get to see a calm and composed Makarand Deshpande saying: “God is too kind. He offers boons to the wicked as well. To eliminate such forces we need someone who doesn’t know the meaning of pity, mercy and sympathy. In short, he should be an Asura.”

As Makarand goes on, we get to see close up shots of Balayya’s hand and left eye before he is revealed deboarding a train and walking amid the mist with his eyes firmly set on his mission. Summing up, the glimpse captivates your attention with its intensity and sets the mood for a no-holds barred action drama with elements typical of Balayya’s style.

The actor, as usual, is in his element. The last shot where he, atop a horse, screams gives you an adrenaline rush, while Thaman’s pulsating score heightens the intensity. #NBK109 is a joint production venture between S Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, with Srikara Studios presenting.
