Updated : Jan 27, 2012

Murali Mohan, the president of Movie Artists Association (MAA) has called for peace between the fans associations of Chiranjeevi and Balakrishna. He stated that Chiru and Balayya are good friends in the industry and they have nothing personal against each other. He appealed to the media to be more responsible and not to create any unhealthy environment among them. Murali Mohan said that politics and movies are different and requested fans not to loose their cool. In reply to a question on Balayya's statement that he would contest against Chiranjeevi in the elections, he said “ that will not happen anyways”. Looks like, its the damage control that Murali Mohan is doing after the fans of both the stars resorted to violence in some parts of the state.
