Updated : Jun 8, 2017

The legal fight between Magadheera makers and Raabta makers has finally come to an end. The Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon-starrer is all set to release tomorrow on June 9. “Yesterday both the parties representing Magadheera & Raabta have settled the on going legal dispute amicably outside the court. Hence, Geetha Arts has officially withdrawn the case,” reads statement released by Geetha Arts.

However, it is learnt that, Magadheera makers withdrew the case when they got the clarity that they will loose the case. Raabta director  Dinesh Vijan's statement to a national daily hints the same. "We presented our case to the honorable court as to how the films are not similar. In the morning, the makers of 'Magadheera' withdrew their case," said Dinesh Vijan.

Some say that, Allu Aravind unnecessarily did hungama by filing case against Raabta makers who could prove that their film's story is original and is no-way connected to Magadheera!
