Telugu star producer Allu Aravind is all set to make the epic ‘Ramayana’. He will join hands with Namit Malhotra [Prime Focus] and Madhu Mantena to make the high budget mythological multilingual film.
Ramayan will be shot in 3D and released as a 3-part series in 3 languages: Hindi, Telugu and Tamil. The epic is budgeted at approx Rs 500 cr.
However, it is yet not known who is going to play Rama and other important roles and the director to helm the project.
It may be mentioned here that, Allu Aravind who made an industry hit Magadheera with Ram Charan had produced Hindi version of Ghajini. The film that starred Aamir Khan in lead role was the first 200 crore grosser in India.
Allu Aravind’s last production venture Dhruva with Ram Charan was a commercial hit. Let’s see whether this film will make great impact at box office like Baahubali series did!
