Recently Kollywood star Thalapathy Vijay made a significant announcement about his entry into politics with the formation of Thamizhaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK). Since then, fans have been eagerly speculating about the film that might mark his farewell from the silver screen.

Recently there was a buzz that last film will be produced by our Telugu bannet DVV Entertainments. There us no clarity on who will direct this project.

Latest rumour is that DVV Danayya backed out of this project as he can't afford Thalapathy Vijay's remuneration. The actor will be charging close to 200 crores for Thalapathy 69.
