Yuva Samrat Naga Chaitanya and director Venkat Prabhu's bilingual film 'Custody' hit the screens today amid huge expectations. Krithi Shetty acted as heroine in this movie. Arvind Swami, Sarath Kumar and Priyamani played key roles.

The film has opened with very ordinary numbers for morning and noon shows in Telugu States, this is because of the US premier talks. Audience still went to theatres and watched the film. In India, the film got mixed talk from both Tamil and Telugu audience.

So, the bookings for night shows are increased comparing to morning. If the film holds this positive till weekend then it might collect good numbers. In Tamil, Custody did not create any buzz before the release and that’s why openings are minimal.

Below par talk and mixed reviews affected the film’s openings, and it has to a considerable growth on the weekend. Otherwise it will most likely end up as a failure at the box office.

Maestro Ilaiyaraaja and Yuvan Shankar Raja composed the tunes. Srinivasaa Chitturi produced the film.
