Tollywood handsome hunk Rana Daggubati has turned very selective after scoring his ever blockbuster with Baahubali: The Beginning. Ghazi was one of the first projects Rana signed after Baahubali. Directed by Sankalp Reddy, Ghazi is gearing up for release on February 17th in Telugu, Tamil and Haindi languages. While Ghazi is made as Telugu-Hindi bilingual, it is also being dubbed in Tamil.
Latest we heard is the film will have a special attraction in the form of megastar Chiranjeevi and Tamil star Suriya. Chiru and Suriya are said to be lending voice over for Telugu and Tamil versions respectively. Thus, Chiru and Suriya’s support will certainly enhance the film’s prospects at box office.
Ghazi is inspired by true events from the 1971 Indo-Pakistan war. The story is about an executive naval officer of the Indian Submarine S21 and his team who remain underwater for 18 days. Taapsee Pannu, Kay Kay Menon and Rahul Singh will be seen in other important roles in the film.
