Bubbly  actress Charmi, who has last seen is RGV's 'Dongala Mutha', has signed her second Bollywood film. Charmi has been roped as heroine in Sanjay Dutt and Vivek Oberoi starer 'Zilla Ghaziabad'. Arshad Warsi and Minisha Lamba are playing important roles and Shriya Saran will be doing a sizzling item number for the film. Pritam will be composing the music and Anand Kumar is the director. This film has been under production for more than 5 years now and producer Vinod Bachchan is putting all his efforts to make sure that 'Zilla Ghaziabad' is released for Diwali.
