Bichagadu turns Love Guru for his next?

Music director turned actor and filmmaker Vijay Antony has impressed the audience with his versatile roles in films like Pichaikkaran/Bichagadu in Telugu and recently released Picchaikkaran 2/Bichagadu 2 was a huge success in Telugu. Now the actor is all set to romance Mirnalini Ravi in his next film titled Romeo in Tamil and Love Guru in Telugu.

The film, which is touted to be a romantic entertainer, is directed by Vinayak Vaithianathan, who has previously made the web series Kadhal Distancing and the anthology film I Hate You I Love You. Love Guru is produced by Vijay Antony’s new production house Good Devil, which he has launched recently.

The first look poster of Romeo was unveiled by Vijay Antony by taking us to Twitter. In a witty revelation, he thanked the fans, press and media who wanted to see him as a romantic hero and said that their wish has been fulfilled. The poster shows Vijay Antony and Mirnalini Ravi in a cozy pose against a backdrop of a city skyline. The film is expected to hit the screens in summer 2024.

The film also features VTV Ganesh, Thalaivasal Vijay, Ilavarasu, Sudha, Sreeja Ravi and others in supporting roles. The music for Love Guru is composed by Barath Dhanasekar while the cinematography is handled by Farook J Basha. Vijay Antony, who has edited his own films in the past, will also take care of the editing for this film.
