No other South Indian movie has ever pulled such a giant feat on video sharing site YouTube. For the first time, a South movie has crossed the ‘hits’ records of trailers uploaded on this website. The mighty Baahubali, gets the bigger it could be.

On June 1st, Baahubali: The Beginning trailer has debuted on YouTube on three channels for three different languages. Telugu version trailer of the movie was viewed by close to 14.5 lakh viewers in 24 hours. At the same time, Hindi trailer got viewed by 9.2 times and Tamil contributed a share of 2.5 lakh clicks. If we sum up, all these account to nearly 26+ lakhs of hits for the trailer of Rajamouli’s magnificent magnum opus.

Rajamouli haven't kick-started hefty promotional campaigns for Telugu version, but Hindi version is being aggressively promoted by Karan Johar. For Tollywood, they have to first launch the audio of the movie, amidst a star-studded event as planned, and then proceed for the next.
