Updated : May 8, 2017

SS Rajamouli's Baahubali 2 The Conclusion has now become the highest-grossing Indian film of all time with over 1000 crores collections worldwide. In the midst of such a giant attainment, video piracy still ensues.

Tamil hero and Tamil Film Producers Council President Vishal Reddy lodged a complaint with the Chennai city police who have arrested 16 people in connection with piracy of Baahubali 2 DVDS as well as few other films from various places in the city.

It is said the actor along with other TFPC members met Chennai city police and reported about the illegal sales, publishing and uploading of Baahubali 2. They submitted a list of websites as well as the IP address from where the films were being uploaded for users to illegally download them.

In his complaint, Vishal named the website Tamilrockers.com as the main culprit behind the illegal uploading of Baahubali 2 and stated that local TV operators too had a hand in broadcasting these new films.

Good to see a Tamil actor and producer's counsel supporting a Telugu film!
