Usually, ace director SS Rajamouli reveals story of his films before taking them on to sets. However, he has changed the trend with Baahubali. The reason is if he reveals Baahubali's story, then the secret of why Kattappa killed Baahubali and few other things to be kept under wraps to sustain curiosity over the project will be unfolded. Rajamouli is said to have given strong instructions to his team not to reveal any details of the film during any promotional events.

Ahead of the film's release, lead actress Tamannah Bhatia has revealed about her character in the film, Avanthika. "I am primarily the climax of the film. So yes, you will see a lot of me in the climax. Last time, I wasn't required in the climax but this time, the war will have a lot of me. And I can't reveal more than this, but I am the reason why the climax takes place," Tamannaah told a leading newspaper adding that she has received more screen space in the sequel unlike in 'Baahubali: The Beginning.'

Interim, Baahubali 2 is all set for a grand release in nearly 9000 screens world-wide on Friday.
