SS Rajamouli directed Baahubali 2 The Conclusion is meant to break all box office and other records. It is already highest collecting Indian film with 1560 cr gross worldwide. Now, the film attains another achievement. Baahubali 2 breaks all records in SPI Cinemas in Chennai (Including S2-T) with 2080 shows in 32 Days. Previous best was Kabali with 1750 and Vijay's Theri is at third place with 1551 shows overall.

Baahubali that starred Prabhas and Rana collected a share of Rs 69.7 crores alone in Tamil Nadu, wherein the gross is 128.4 crores and nett is 107.2 crores in the state for 34 days. No other non-Tamil film raked over even 50 cr share in Tamil Nadu. But, Baahubali has been treated like an original Tamil film and response from Tamil spectators is immense.
