Avatar 2 is a disaster in 2D format and Single Screens

There has been some controversy surrounding Avatar: The Way of Water, but the film is still a box office success. However, the 2D version of that film will be a flop. This film was known to have been released in various formats such as 2D, 3D, and 4DX.

In India, there are very few 4DX screens. The film was widely distributed in 3D. Almost every multiplex released a 3D version. They are extremely popular. Since the first day, all 3D theatres have been nearly sold out. Despite the conflicting reports, there has been no significant drop in collections. However, the situation for 'Avatar-2' in single screens is less promising.

'Avatar-2,' which has been renovated and equipped with modern technology, performs well in single screens with good picture and sound quality. The majority of such theatres show the 3D version. Aside from that, regular theatres and theatres showing the 2D version are not filling up right away.

If you notice that tickets are unavailable at nearby multiplexes and that there are no ticket buyers in single-screen theatres. Even if the cost of seeing a visual marvel like 'Avatar-2' is a little high, the audiences are watching the 3D version in a good theatre.

Overall, the 2D version of 'Avatar-2' is a total disaster. Overall, 'Avatar-2' has amassed a gross collection of around one hundred crores in India in just two days. This film has a chance to earn between Rs.250-300 crores in India in its full run.
