Allari Naresh robs classic entertainer title for his comedy film?

Allari is back. Allari Naresh who has attempted some serious subjects in his last few movies is back to his biggest forte- comedy. For his 61st movie, Allari Naresh joined forces with debutant Malli Ankam for an out-and-out entertainer produced by Rajiv Chilaka under the banner of Chilaka Productions. Bharath Laxmipati is the co-producer.

Today, the makers unleashed the film’s title, first look, and a glimpse. The movie is titled Aa Okkati Adakku, after Allari Naresh’s late father EVV Satyananarayana’s yesteryear epic hit. The glimpse is meant to introduce the premise of the movie, besides introducing Allari Naresh’s character.

Allari Naresh’s character name is Gana who is questioned by his family and neighbours about his marriage. He replies to them saying, “Aa Okkati Adakku…” revealing the title. He discloses marriage is the Pan India problem, though the movie will have Telugu release only. Like the title, the glimpse is humorous and offers chuckles.

Faria Abdullah is the female lead in this movie, where Vennela Kishore, Jamie Lever, Viva Harsha, and Ariyana Glory will be seen in important roles.

Abburi Ravi is the writer, while cinematography is handled by Suryaa and music is scored by Gopi Sundar. Chota K Prasad is the editor of the movie, while J K Murthy is the art director.

The makers through the glimpse also announced to release the movie on March 22, 2024
