Akhil Akkineni scored the first success of his career, with Most Eligible Bachelor. The film was written and directed by Bhaskar, of Bommarillu fame. Akhil is now focused on his upcoming film Agent, in which he will be seen playing the role of a spy, directed by Surender Reddy.

The film will be releasing on April 28th, 2023. Now the team is currently busy with the promotions. Recently team completed shoot by completing a dance sequence in foreign. It is now being said that Akhil is planning on a completely different path after Agent.

It is being said that Akhil is considering teaming up with top production houses for his upcoming projects. According to latest buzz, Akhil next project will be produced by Hombale films which produced blockbusters like KGF series, Kantara etc., He has also lined up another project in the production of UV creations.

There is no clarity on who will be the directors for these two projects but these interesting projects will be huge budgeted Pan Indian biggies. But first, one has to see how Agent performs on Pan India Wide, and if Akhil’s follow-up film with either Hombale Films or UV Creations will actually be a reality, and how that will end up performing.
