Telugu movies popular writer Abburi Ravi will be working for Pawan Kalyan The Shadow. There were so many rumors about Krish (Radha Krishna Jagarlamudi) penning down the dialogues for Pawan Kalyan The Shadow. However, inside sources say that Abburi Ravi would pen down the dialogues and not Krish. Abburi Ravi who earlier worked for Telugu movies like Bommarillu, Annavaram, Don, etc works for the second time with Pawan Kalyan after Annavaram. Apparently the makers are taking special care about the dialogues since Pawan Kalyan's script is a massy one.

Tamil director Vishnuvardhan (Billa fame) is directing this movie jointly produced by Shobu Yarlagadda and Neelima Tirumalasetty under Arka Media and Sangamithra Arts banner. Sarah-Jane Dias is playing heroine while Adivi Sesh is playing a special dynamic role and Yuvan Shankar is composing the music. The shooting of Pawan Kalyan The Shadow will start in the second week of May in Kolkata. The Shadow is only a working title and not the official title.
