Bollywood hottie Sonam Kapoor is relishing practising hot Yoga. And giving her company is Papa Anil Kapoor and mom Sunita. So why all of a sudden Sonam turned on the Yoga way? It’s because the actress would be seen sporting a bikini for her upcoming movie it seems while Sonam’s parents are doing it for fitness sake only. Sources say that the Kapoors - Anil, Sunita and Sonam seems very pleased with the difference hot yoga has made in their lives.  The family is working out under the watchful eyes of Los Angeles-based couple Mark and Christianne Mead - disciples of the founder of Bikram Yoga (popularly known as hot yoga).
