Apparently, RGV was unable to control his affection on this actress on the sets of the movie. Mandhu Shalini is playing in a special song in ‘Department’ movie and it was reported that RGV is spending nearly 1 crore on this song! Hhhhuh! Imagine how crazy RGV has gone about Madhu Shalini.
