It seems that Prabhu Deva is having a special crush for Hansika and has been recommending her to other directors. It all started when director Prabhu Deva took Hansika Motwani for a special dinner at a star hotel in Hyderabad. A friend of Nayantara, who saw them, informed her about their secret dinner. Soon, Nayantara entered the scene and started screeching and having heated verbal exchange at a private hotel.

Sources say that, when Contacted actress Hansika, she said "Prabhu Deva is my mentor. I really enjoyed while working with him in Engeyum Kadhal.I refused call sheet for the next film to be directed by Prabhu Deva".
