Tamil gossip reports are rampant about Suriya and Nelson could be coming together for a film. After delivering a blockbuster with Karuppu, Suriya is looking at working with a light-hearted action film. It is reported that he is going to work with Tha.Se. Gnanavel, in a highly intense film about 5 Rupee Doctor.

After such an intense tale, he feels a film with Nelson would be perfect. Currently, he is busy shooting for his next with Aavesham director Jithu Madhavan. After finishing this film, he will join Gnanavel's film. Reports also state that Naga Vamsi, who produced Vishwanath and Sons with Suriya might also produce this big film.

According to the reports, Nelson has accepted to direct a film for Naga Vamsi's Sithara Productions and hence, he is looking to set this project. Previously, NTR and Nelson are supposed to work together but with director's commitment to Rajinikanth's Jailer 2 and Rajni x Kamal Haasan projects, this one might take further time.

NTR also needs to finish Dragon and possible high budget mythological film with Trivikram Srinivas before he can come to this one. Well, Tamil media reports believe that Nelson and Suriya could come together for the actor's 50th film.
