Music scored by Devi Sri Prasad contains 6 songs and one of them includes an item song. Anushka and Prakash Raj are playing pivotal roles in Damarukam. The shooting of the film is already completed and currently the post production formalities are in progress. The movie offers lot of special effects and the makers have roped in Hollywood technicians for a quality output. Damarukam is being directed by Srinivasa Reddy and produced by RR Movie Makers banner.
