Gorgeous actress Samantha is likely to be roped in as heroine for 'Thrayam' which will feature ANR, Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya  onscreen together for the first time. Already Samantha is busy with 'Sethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu', 'Yeto Vellipoindhi Manasu' and an untitled film with Ram Charan. 'Ishq' fame Vikram Kumar will be directing this crazy combination and PC Sriram will handle cinematography. This movie will hit the floors by the end of this year.
