Young Akkineni hero Akhil made his debut with VV Vinayak directed film which tanked at the box office, providing huge losses to producer Sudhakar Reddy (hero Nithin's father). The makers spent huge budget in canning action sequences. Apparently, Akhil wished to showcase all his skills in one single movie.
Seems like, Akhil hasn't learnt a lesson from Akhil, as he is giving preference to stunts in his second film tentatively titled Junnu with director Vikram Kumar. As per inside sources, the film being produced by Akhil's father Nagarjuna under Annapurna Studios will have extensive action sequences. What's more, the makers are spending a whopping amount of Rs 12 crores just for action sequences. 12 Cr just on stunts is really a big amount, that too on Akhil who is yet to prove his market stamina.
Akhil needs to know one thing that, doing risky stunts alone won't make an actor a mass hero!
