Recent rumors in the film industry suggest that Kollywood star Silambarasan, popularly known as Simbu, might be making a special entry in the highly anticipated sequel to Kalki 2898 AD. Following the massive box office success of the first part starring Prabhas, director Nag Ashwin is currently busy working on the massive schedules for Kalki 2.  

According to the ongoing buzz, the makers are planning to bring Simbu on board for a very powerful role that might appear towards the film's climax. This strategic casting move is reportedly aimed at further expanding the sci-fi epic's footprint and generating a massive response in the Tamil theatrical market. 

Given the grand scale of the Kalki Cinematic Universe, bringing in top stars from various regional industries seems to be a continuation of the successful strategy used in the first part, which prominently featured legends like Kamal Haasan and Amitabh Bachchan.

However, neither the production house, Vyjayanthi Movies, nor the actor has officially confirmed these speculations yet. Fans of the blockbuster franchise and the actor are currently waiting for an official announcement to see if this exciting crossover will actually materialize on the big screen.
