The reported change comes after Deepika Padukone's pregnancy reportedly affected the scheduling of Raaka. While the makers had earlier dismissed speculation that her role would be reduced because of her pregnancy, fresh reports suggest the film's remaining shoot has now been pushed back by nearly five to six months, forcing the team to revisit its production calendar.

As per the buzz, Allu Arjun will utilize this window to complete Lokesh Kanagaraj's action entertainer. The film is expected to go on floors in October 2026, with Lokesh planning to wrap principal photography by May 2027.
