This news has shocked many as the couple have thrashed any such reports in past but now, it is stated that Sunitha has gone to court for divorce.

Reports state that Sunitha has accused Govinda of adultery, cruelty and disertion in her petition. In fact, Sunitha has filed her petiton at Bandra Family Court in December 2024. While Govinda had been summoned to appear in the court, he did not bother about the summons, say reports.

Sunitha accused him of cheating and showcasing inhumanity towards her in the petition. The couple have been married for 38 years and in many public apperances, Sunitha called her husband as innocent and a man who can't function without her in his daily life.
