Strawberry Ice cream Recipe
Ingredients:
Strawberries - 1 cup
cream - 300ml
Icing sugar- 175g
Preparation:
Blend strawberries until they make a smooth puree.
Add cream to a mixing bowl and pour in the strawberries and icing sugar.
Whisk until it goes light and fluffy and forms soft peaks.
Pour into a dish and pop it in the freezer for at least 6 hours. Serve and enjoy!
